About the Role:

As our Community Manager, you will create engaging content, facilitate meaningful interactions, cultivate a positive, inclusive atmosphere, and provide an effective feedback loop between the community and the organization. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can cover European time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Generation: Craft compelling, relevant, high-quality content across various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.) to engage our community and drive the conversation forward.
2. Engagement Management: Plan, execute, and moderate community initiatives such as events, webinars, Q&As, contests, and other interactive activities to keep our community active and invested.
3. Community Development: Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere, ensuring all interactions align with our community guidelines.
4. Feedback Loop: Establish a robust feedback mechanism to provide the organization with insights from the community, promoting continuous improvement and fostering community-centric decision-making.

About You:

You're a master storyteller, an expert engager, and a compassionate advocate for community members. You have a keen eye for detail, a creative mind for content creation, and a knack for creating digital spaces where people feel at home. You're multilingual, with proficiency in several languages, enabling you to engage with our diverse global community meaningfully and inclusively.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
2. Experience in creating engaging, high-quality content across different platforms.
3. Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Multilingual: fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
6. Ability to analyze and report on community engagement metrics.
7. Familiarity with the blockchain and DeFi industry is a must.
