World Cup Meme Competition

We’re kicking off our meme competition to celebrate the World Cup 2022 and we’re calling out to all football fans and meme creators out there! While we believe in working hard, we also believe in having a good time — we want users to WOW us with their creativity. The World Cup Meme Competition will be from Nov 21 — Dec 17 at 12 PM UTC.

Easy to participate

1. Create a World Cup-themed meme for OpenLeverage;
2. Post your meme on Twitter with hashtags (e.g. #OpenLeverage $OLE, #WorldCup2022, #OLEWorldCupMeme);
3. Submit the link of your meme tweet to our Discord channel at #wc-memes.

Prizes

1. Winners will be announced before the final game, and OLErs’ meme will be rewarded up to 5,000 $OLEWC22 each so you can support the football team you think will win.
   Make sure you open a LONG position to support your team. Check out OLE World Cup Trading Game ’22 for more info.
2. Share the 1,000,000 OLE + BUY-IN prize pool after the final results are announced. Make sure you have your position open for your chosen team!
3. Your meme will have a chance to be added to the official OpenLeverage Discord sticker collection and used globally!

Requirements

• After you make your meme, make sure you tweet it and tag our official Twitter account at @OpenLeverage. You must submit the link on our Discord channel.
• Include the hashtags #OpenLeverage, #OLE, #WorldCup, #DeFi, etc.
• Include OpenLeverage’s brand logo and must be World Cup-themed.
• Submission format must be in .PNG, .JPG, or .GIF.
• Each participant will only be allowed 2 submissions.

Selection of winners

The OpenLeverage team in conjunction with the OpenLeverage Community Council will review the memes based on originality, humor, and the number of tweets received.

Tip: Sharing your memes in crypto groups and football groups can help you get more Twitter exposure.

• Your content must comply with all local laws and regulations. Please do not post anything that may promote illegal activities, racism, hateful practices, or anything that may damage the OpenLeverage brand.
• Participants are responsible for all copyright issues of the images used in the contest. OpenLeverage is not responsible for any legal issues arising from participants’ entries.
